Experiences & Intensives

Some work needs more room than an hour.

I'm developing ways to work together outside of traditional weekly therapy, including retreats and focused intensives intended to create more room for reflection, conversation, and intentional change.

What I'm developing

Different questions need different kinds of space.

Some conversations benefit from more time. Some need distance from everyday routines. And sometimes it helps to focus deeply on one part of life instead of trying to fit everything into a weekly hour.

These experiences are still taking shape. Here are some of the directions I'm exploring.

01

Couples retreats

Time to pay attention to the relationship itself.

I am exploring retreat experiences for couples who want dedicated time to step outside the routines and responsibilities of everyday life and pay closer attention to how they are relating, what they have built together, and what they want to be more intentional about going forward.

02

Individual retreats

Space to think about what comes next.

I am exploring individual retreat experiences for people navigating transition, reconsidering how they want to live, or simply needing more room to think than everyday life tends to provide.

The focus may include roles, relationships, work, identity, belief, priorities, or the choices that become visible when there is enough space to pay attention.

03

Nilea intensives

A closer look at who carries what at home.

I am exploring focused experiences built around Nilea for couples who want dedicated time to examine household labor, mental load, ownership, expectations, and how responsibility actually functions in their home.

These experiences would build on the questions behind Nilea while creating more room for conversation, reflection, and practical decisions about what couples want to do with what they notice.

Interested in where this is going?

You do not need to commit to anything. Joining the interest list simply lets me know what you would like to hear about as these offerings take shape.

What are you interested in?

This is an interest list, not registration for a program or a request for therapy.

For now, there are other ways to work together.
