Individual Therapy

I am a Marriage & Family Therapy Graduate Intern, providing therapy under clinical supervision in Buford, GA and via teleheatlh. My work is supported by a licensed supervisor to ensure high-quality care.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, integrative, and relationship-informed, with a clinical foundation in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), supported by a Positive Psychology–informed lens. In our work together, we may use narrative practices to help you separate yourself from the problem, make sense of the stories you’ve had to carry, and strengthen the ones that reflect your values, resilience, and preferred future. We may also draw from ACT to build skills for responding differently to anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional pain so you can move toward what matters, even when life feels messy. Through a positive psychology–informed approach, we’ll identify strengths, protective factors, meaning, and sustainable habits that support wellbeing, not through toxic positivity, but through realistic, grounded change. Overall, our focus will be both insight and action: understanding patterns, shifting what’s not working, and building tools you can use in real life.
